You will be a core member of our Faridabad office working alongside the Merchandising and Retail Team and advise our internal stakeholders and topics supporting them to improve or transform their functions and achieve excellence.

  • You will collaborate with different functions/ teams consisting of high performing members with different backgrounds, and develop state of the art strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to them.
  • Partnering with various teams like Merchandising, Offline & Online Channels, Analytics, Technology, Plant, Consumer Insights across various topics.
  • You will be challenged out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally.
  • You will turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions.

Job requirements

  • 2.5 years of experience post-MBA degree.
  • MBA pass out from a Premier Institute (Tier 1 Universities).
  • Having worked in a consulting company is a must-have.
  • Strong knowledge across different implementation projects in various practice areas, preferable across Tech, Retail, Consumer or Consumer Tech.
