Service and Communication Trainer

Job description

· New Hire and schedule regular training sessions.

· Understand Refresher needs and Content for effective delivery.

· Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee

assessments.

· Research product information for assigned department by attending team meetings

and periodic calibrations sessions, side by side observations, and call monitoring for training

department purposes.

· Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review

· Demonstrate effective presentation skills

· Demonstrate effective questioning skills and techniques to gauge learner

understanding

· Basic understanding of MS office, required for maintaining training reports

· Identify individual and team skills gaps.

· Self-login (Chat/Emails/Calls).

Job requirements

- Minimum of 1.5 to 4 years experience in training.

- Experience working in a BPO or call centre setup.

- Analytical bent of mind

- Process and SOP oriented

- Open to commute across Faridabad and Gurgaon daily.
