This role keeps a close watch on inventory processes, physical verifications and frauds by visiting stores and data analysis.

• Driving stock takes / inventory audits / process audits
• Managing internal as well as 3rd party auditors working with the ground audit team to ensure accurate and timely audits
• Conducting and organizing investigations as part of loss prevention
• Building and driving new processes with the objective of minimizing financial or material losses
• Maintaining inventory hygiene & minimizing cash shortages

• Relevant experience of 3+ years in Loss prevention/Inventory control
• The incumbent must be from retail/cash and carry background
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguity and without much supervision
