Senior Executive/Assistant Manager E-Retail:

As our Senior Executive/Assistant Manager E-Retail, you will be a critical thought leader within the team responsible for developing and overseeing product and pricing strategy that helps in growing profitability and revenue in support of our high growth US ecommerce business.

This position’s primary responsibility is to work with our India Category teams, vendors and all Marketing teams to curate assortments, collection grid and integrated collection launch with global. And then showcase assortment curations with excellence across all customer touch points (Web and APP in USA).

As such, this role has a high level of exposure throughout the organization, both locally and globally, and the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear vision to multiple stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing various merchandising tools with direct responsibility for achieving financial metrics as well as providing insight and analytics around customer behavior
  • In partnership with India category teams and vendors, develop collections aligned to USA customers that will deliver key financial results
  • Embracing and executing upon the Lenskart US vision, which will focus on creating a consistent, convenient and customer centric experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Supporting the development of social communities for Lenskart’s targeted customers and in alignment with Lenskart’s social values

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in online merchandising/Category management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to partner both with business and marketing teams
  • An ability to identify and articulate opportunities for our consumers
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s Degree in fashion/ecommerce/merchandising
