We are looking for a Retail Trainer who can be a part of this learning journey in Delhi NCR.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training and Development – Provide training to retail employees with a focus on exemplary customer service, inventory and stock planning, compliance and ethics and store management.
Design learning management model – Conceptualize learning management tools to administer course content, manage operations and smooth on-boarding of store staff.
Plan weekly/monthly schedule - Plan the weekly and monthly roaster and coordinate with store staff for feedback sessions.
Improve training effectiveness – Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, innovative team building activities, customer-centric approach.
Feedback and follow up- Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, conducting mock sessions and doing a gap analysis.
- 6-13 years of working experience from a retail background.
- Managed store operations, customer service and store maintenance on processes front or retail-based training.
- Eye for detail, strong intra-personal skills and analytical skills.
- Flexible to travel across Delhi NCR.
