In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail/Lab Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.


This role will be based out of Bangkok, Thailand and reports to the International HR Business Partner Lead based in Singapore.

Job requirements

Job responsibilities :

  • Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
  • To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business and our edging lab including negotiating job offers and driving closures.
  • To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
  • Build partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLA’s
  • Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruiting for the retail industry and volume hiring
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Thai and English
