• Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing and technical processes to Retail staff of all retail stores of Lenskart.
• Practice different methodologies and use practical approaches towards learners.
• Collaborate and work closely with business- Business Heads/Zonal Managers to deliver business goals through training interventions.
• Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
• Manage attrition during training
• Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
• Do OJT & Classroom Training.
• Maintaining the Reports of Refreshers / On Job Training and doing business Impact training.
• Identify training needs and preparation of training calendar.
