We had humble beginnings - we spread awareness about eyecare, we took orders for eyeglasses online and shipped them to customers from a warehouse that was the size of a modern-day conference room.

We have 10,000+ Lenskartians worldwide, more than 1500 Omni channel stores across 175 cities in India, Singapore and Dubai and cut to 2022 - we are shipping a pair of eyewear every 2.5 seconds, from the world’s most automated eyewear factory!


In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

About the role:

Lenskart is expanding its presence into the Thailand market and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and localization of our product offerings. This role will play a key role in shaping Lenskart's product strategy for the Thai market, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role will be based out of Bangkok, Thailand and reports to the Head of Online SEA based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in Thai and English, has an eye for product and design, and worked in a startup or tech driven business either ecommerce or D2C. This would enable them with both a flair for product combined with knowledge to drive growth and revenue.


Job responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Lenskart Thailand, aligning with business objectives and market needs.

  • Identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the preferences, behaviors, and trends of Thai consumers and translate insights into actionable product requirements.

  • Customize our product offerings for the Thai market, considering cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.

  • Manage localization efforts for language, design, features, and pricing.

  • Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic objectives, customer impact, and resource availability.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to gather feedback, align priorities, and drive product success.

  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conducting regular analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features, user experience, and conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, with a track record of successfully launching and managing consumer-facing products.

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluency in both English and Thai languages required

  • Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
