Product Manager- Lenskart USA

Job description

We are looking for someone who would be responsible for the product planning of an internal tool that connects Lenskart international frontend and Lenskart backend. This includes managing the product throughout the Product and order Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with customer support and logistics to ensure seamless order lifecycle, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Hire new people and build the team accordingly
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution


Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Should have basic knowledge of APIs and DB
  • Ability to cope up in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
