Conducting market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends in the industry.
Owning campaign creation & management across a variety of digital marketing channels, such as Paid Search, Google Display, Discovery, ACE , Video & Pmax campaigns, Facebook & Instagram.
Analyzing campaign performance data to measure success, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Collaborating with internal teams, such as creative and content, to develop high-quality marketing materials that support campaign goals.
Managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and efficient
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices on online marketing on Google/Facebook, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's performance marketing efforts.
Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achieve business goals.
Reporting regularly to senior management on the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement.
Tier 1 / Tier 2 Engg College with Strong Analytical background.

At least 2-3 years of work experience in a performance marketing Agency or e-commerce in handling budgets for a wide variety of clients.
Or 2 years experience in running Performance Marketing ads for any of the Unicorns like Myntra , Nykaa, Flipkart etc.
Preferably candidates from Ecommerce, D2C, Internet first companies.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, be data-driven, and possess excellent analytical skills. They should have experience managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional certifications, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, may be preferred.
