People & Talent Partner for New York Office
Lenskart.com is building an office in New York and is looking for an entrepreneurial HR Leader as part of the team to help us build our US operations as well as hire Talent for our overall business in US.

- Build High Performance team at Lenskart New York office : both for US as well as Global Operations
- Search High Performing Candidates, Assess them, Hire and Onboard them
- Partner with US and India Leaders to build strategy for achieving business goals.
- Work closely with employees and leaders to ensure high Employee NPS above 70
- Run Performance Management and all other HR processes for US employees
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in United States
- Living in United States (New York) and have a US Work-permit
- Super Passionate about People, Recruitment and overall HR
- Strong Strategic and Problem Solving Skills
- Experience of head hunting and hiring leadership.
- Experience in Technology Talent Recruitment for a Product / E-commerce company
- Consulting background or experience in a Tech Organization is good to have
- Education from a Premier institute is a plus
