Job description
Create, analyze and distribute operational performance reporting and key performance indicators (KPI) to executive leadership.Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data through multiple tools.Drive linkage between Performance and Reward by aligning organizational goals to Individual goals.Spearhead process of Cascade of Organizational Leadership goals to the last level in discussion with Department Heads.Track Progress of Organizational PODs to drive business results and publish the same on regular basis.Assist in running the Performance Management Cycle for the organization across Department and Locations.Publishing Department Wise Tracker to drive closure of Goals Adoption across the Organization.

2-5 years of experienceMBA in HR (Tier 1/ Tier 2 Campus)Excellent communication skillsAbility to work in ambiguity and without much supervision
