Job description

  • Create, analyze and distribute operational performance reporting and key performance indicators (KPI) to executive leadership.
  • Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data through multiple tools.
  • Drive linkage between Performance and Reward by aligning organizational goals to Individual goals.
  • Spearhead process of Cascade of Organizational Leadership goals to the last level in discussion with Department Heads.
  • Track Progress of Organizational PODs to drive business results and publish the same on regular basis.
  • Assist in running the Performance Management Cycle for the organization across Department and Locations.
  • Publishing Department Wise Tracker to drive closure of Goals Adoption across the Organization.

  • Job requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • MBA in HR (Tier 1/ Tier 2 Campus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and without much supervision
