Manager - Business Finance

Job description

  • Coordination with finance shared services for finance specific operations
  • Creation, tracking and analysis of monthly & annual P&Ls
  • P&L forecasting
  • Variance analysis of costs - focusing on manpower, material and opex
  • Identifying and driving cost control initiatives - variable and fixed cost optimization
  • Tracking and managing efficiencies at multiple legs - manufacturing, logistics, call centers
  • Annual planning exercise for entire Operations function
  • Project planning for capital expenditure

Job requirements

  • 3-7 years of post CA qualification experience in Business Finance/FP&A is a must
  • Self-starter, strong financial and valuation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and without much supervision
  • Strong excel modeling skill
