Job description
- Deliver Induction and front ending for onboarding
- Data Management & Analytics
- Employee - HR Connects
- Organising and coordinating introduction meetings for senior joiners
- Ownership for submitting Dashboards - quarterly & annual
- Managing the stock of Welcome Kits
- Handholding the new hire for 60 days (providing them with handbook and other required documents)
- Implement a dipstick mechanism to keep a check on the settlement process of the new joiners
Job requirements
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic Knowledge about HR and MS Suit
