Looking for young, energetic, passionate HR professionals (Bangalore & Delhi) who can support our young aspiring entrepreneurs in residence to build next gen disruptive businesses of the future.


The incumbent needs to be a key partner to build the start up ground up - from setting policies, defining unique independent culture, setting hiring standards, assessment process, driving employee engagement to recruiting the best talent for the business.


The BP will work dedicatedly with one leader and will be fully accountable to making the start up successful. We are looking for somebody who is entrepreneurial, confidant, brings fresh ideas and is passionate about building a unique culture and organization.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
