  • Set-up and lead the Recruitment Practice at Lenskart end to end
  • Drive recruitment quality and process excellence : who to hire, how to hire, how to evaluate
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking; with the ability to leverage data to provide valuable market insights to the business; and track the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
  • Define and develop procedures across processes of candidate screening, outreach and evaluation.
  • Design interview processes that are aligned with Lenskart’s vision and long-term strategy
  • Take ownership of growing lenskart

Job requirements

We are looking for a Transformational and Entrepreneurial leader to set up and manage the Recruitment Practice for Lenskart. The incumbent shall be responsible for heading the Recruitment Strategy and Delivery across all of Lenskart’s business verticals. S/He will drive the Employer Branding Strategy, with the goal of making Lenskart one of the best workplaces in the industry.
