About the Role
In this role, you will lead the teams working on all aspects of People operations, technology and analytics. This role is a part of the People function leadership team and reports to the Chief People Officer of the company. The key stakeholders for this role would be the HR & Talent teams, Finance partners and key business stakeholders.
Given the massive growth trajectory, this function is critical in building the foundation of all people practices at the company and creating a scaling engine that helps drive this sustainably.
Build a People Technology function that is, transparent, data driven, innovative, sustainable and globally scalable
- Own and drive the framework to manage & optimise people processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Focus on excellent employee experience (retail, corporate & FOS) by simplifying, automating, driving service delivery benchmarks with a continuous cycle of feedback & improvement
- Drive the People Technology roadmap in identifying tech innovations and continuous improvement opportunities that improve our internal processes, including leading the discovery workshops and roadmap planning sessions
- Create a People Operations operating model that can scale with employee growth & location expansion and is globally focused
- Invest in designing and implementing the People Analytics framework across all aspects of the people function
- Own and drive the seamless implementation of all people policies & benefits
- Structure and drive the headcount planning process in partnership with the business leaders, HR partners and the Finance team
- Ensure that all offices, factories & stores are fully compliant with all workplace practices so employees can operate in a healthy and safe environment
- Drive strong partnership with the business & HRBP’s to solve for recurring issues & challenges as it relates to people processes
- Provide inspiring & inclusive leadership for the function, set clear priorities & role responsibilities and invest in the organisational health of the team

- Have experience working in a diverse set of markets with regional/global experience
- Experience in process consulting, building operations hubs, driving large scale change projects
