What you’ll do:

Be the face of our brand for every talented professional out there! Tell every prospective candidate why John Jacobs is the best place to work and build a pipeline of talent to join us in shaping the future of eyewear fashion!

  • Lead the employment branding agenda across functions and channels

  • Develop and manage the content strategy for recruiting with a specific focus on different channels - Online and Offline

  • Drive Corporate PR to build awareness for the brand

  • Build and engage passive pools for our key skill areas

  • Campus Relations and program management

  • Position employee referral programs to foster relevant referrals.

  • Report progress and strategic direction for all TA marketing efforts

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in creating and growing a global employer brand

  • Understand talent segments and personas & leverage this to reach and engage them

  • Be ROI driven: Identify, measure and drive business impact from marketing activities

  • Experience across Talent Acquisition marketing channels

  • Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Strong Relations in Corporate media
