Role: Business Head

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Lenskart is looking to bring on board a transformational and disruptive Business Head. The ideal candidate will bring on the ability to help scale up the operations, build a strong team and build a culture of customer focus. The incumbent is expected to spearhead the business growth and retail expansion plan and lead the entire offline retail team in the region. 

At the Pan India level - we intend to grow from a 600 store entity to adding 900+ store entity by the end of this FY.

Candidate Profile

•Ideal candidate would have had at least 10+ years of successful experience in retails operations domain.
•Should have experience in evolved Retail industry space.
•Should have a track record of building/growing a business territory
•Experience in companies/sectors that are known for sales/ retail operations excellence
•Full-time MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 BSchool, preferable
•Strong sales acumen
•Experience of scaling up operations
•Team leadership & entrepreneurial streak
•Ability to work in a high growth environment
