Brand Marketing : Lenskart
Job description
This role is responsible for delivering a consistent and impactful brand experience to consumers across Lenskart’s website/msite/app and stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement Lenskart’s signature experience that brings the brand’s core proposition to life. Areas influenced:
- Photography and visual representation
- Written content
- Online brand experience across website/app
- Retail brand experience across stores
- Lead strategic projects across brand design, packaging development, brand communication and presentation with external/ internal teams
- Work with digital communication, marketing, and design teams to deliver the defined experiences consistently
- Lead the mandate of introducing new products, services, and experiences to consumers in alignment with the larger brand agenda
- Develop creative briefs with rich visual references for internal and external teams
- End to end project management - from ideation to execution, working across external and internal cross-functional teams
Job requirements
The desired candidate should demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of creative and design development processes and skills - identity , design, photography, short video production, written content
- Keen sense of design and an eye for aesthetic brand expressions
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage rigorous projects implemented at scale
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in design or fashion studies disciplines
- Must have min 2 years of online experience
- 5-10yrs of experience in design driven / fashion brands and organizations, brand experience roles across fashion and lifestyle online brands ,fashion, travel, and lifestyle magazines ( digital, print)
