Brand Marketing : International Markets
Job description
- Lead strategic brand initiatives for Lenskart in international markets including product launches, brand campaigns, rollout of global brand elements like design and packaging
- Work closely with Business heads and marketing teams in international markets to deliver a consistent Lenskart experience across
- Marketing communication
- Online presentation
- Retail experiences
- Lead consumer studies and build strong intelligence for Lenskart’s international markets with internal and external teams to sharpen the organization’s understanding of new geographies
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new market entry working closely with international business and marketing teams
- Provide ongoing strategic brand and marketing support to international markets
- End to end project management - from ideation to execution, working across external and internal cross-functional teams
Job requirements
The desired candidate should demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of brand development and marketing communication
- Keen interest in consumer research and studies
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage rigorous projects implemented at scale
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA qualification is a must have
- Great to have: Experience of working in brand management roles for international markets
- 5-10yrs of experience in brand management roles
