Brand Head- Aqualens

Job description

Aqualens is leading D2C brand in contact lens category. We are building the next generation platform to discover, experience and purchase contact lenses.

The person will be managing the Aqualens products and primarily be responsible for ensuring that the product is aligned with the short term tactical and long term strategic goals of the company.


  • Launching new brands for the Channel. Creating a mix, managing market deployment, and running the business with minimal strategic funding.
  •  Develop Marketing programs with a key focus on Digital
  • Consumer Insights for brand strategy
  • Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand
  • Lead communication development on the brand
  • Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods
  • Product promotion through Market communication, Media, and Sales visibility
  • Developing new workable business models for product portfolio in the eCommerce / MT channel
  •  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop new brand/product bundles and establish the viability of the same on the digital platforms and new age channels
  • Develops a suitable launch brand mix (4-Ps) and Go-To-Market plans

Job requirements

Person’s Specifications:

  • 3-7 years of solid experience in Marketing
    The member should have worked on digital/eCommerce first brand
  • Leads Communication, Media strategy, and Planning his/ her business
    Provides strategic, visionary leadership
    Creates strong brand equities
    Has strong consumer Understanding
    Manages and implements Projects with excellence
    Is creative and innovative
    Takes “personal” risk and makes a difference in the Brand, Business
    Project Management
