Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable || Retail Business

Job description

This role heads the Accounts Payable vertical for our Retail Business - both store and employee facing.

The Position would be responsible for the following deliverables :

  • Timely Rent Payouts
  • Timely issue resolution of open rent/ invoice issues raised
  • Employee reimbursement and Happay card timely uploads
  • Month end accounting of AP entries
  • Driving control/ compliance in the bill submission process

Job requirements

  • MBA in Finance with 6-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and team management.
  • Person with experience from retail sector is preferred
  • Candidate should have experience in handling high volume of transactions and managing team of 3-5 people.
  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting.
